An Arsenal fan who ran onto the pitch against Manchester United has accepted a charge for entering the field of play.
However, the pitch invader denies assaulting United player Chris Smalling despite allegedly shoving the defender in the back.
Gary Cooper was arrested after running onto the Emirates Stadium pitch on March 10 to celebrate with the Gunners after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang stroked home a penalty.
He was charged with common assault and encroaching on the pitch.
The 30-year-old, from Chertsey in Surrey, admitted to the latter charge at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
However, he denied a charge of assault by beating.

When asked if a trial date would be convenient, Mr Cooper replied: “Not really, I’ve lost my job over this and it will take me a while to get here.â€
Chief magistrate Dani Jayes said: “There is going to be a trial for this matter, we need to get some paperwork together.
“If you are not here a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
“The other matter you have pleaded guilty to will be dealt with after the trial.â€
He will return to Highbury Corner Magistrates Court in May.
